In a Bundle, Is it valid to include multiple patient data?

In a Bundle, is it possible to send the multiple patient data? or is it restricted to single patient?

Bundles can contain any sort of information you like. There are no restrictions on containing information for multiple patients, multiple practitioners, multiple organizations, etc. (Though individual implementation guides and servers may well establish such rules.)
