Looking for some fully realized test data

I’m putting together a test server as we develop some FHIR proof of concept ideas. I’m hoping to find some set of Resources out there that present real-world case histories for a set of Patients. I’m thinking something like Patient A with Hepatitis C and a set of Encounters, Diagnoses, Observations that are consistent with that, or Patient B with Diabetes.

Does a repository like this exist that I can use?

Not right now. There’s synthetic data (see https://github.com/synthetichealth/synthea) but building real data for public use is really hard.
