a Schedule resource can be provided for combinations of actors and service categories/types. However, I am not sure how to map a Schedule to a insurance type. So for example, that a certain Schedule requires the patient to have a private health insurance, where another Schedule requires a patient to have a government health insurance.
What would be the FIHR-way of mapping this, if possible?
