Is anyone aware of examples of using FHIR for the implementation of a prescription transfer (Rx Transfer) between two pharmacies? I assume this would wind up being done with MedicationOrder / MedicationRequest interchanges. I’m more interested in just knowing whether anyone is actively trying to do this right now or not. It would be great to have a site with some case studies / overviews of initial implementations of FHIR.
