As a part of new product initiative, I am looking for either a third party tool (EDI gateway like Availity) that can transmit the electronic prior auth submissions - X12 278 to a Payor system or something like CAQH with Payer endpoint directory that can transmit 278 to individual payers . Is there any tool/vendor you would know that can support this?
Our product can convert the FHIR to X12 278, now i need to submit that to a Payer account. Would love to hear from the experts
