Would you please guide me how to change the format of body analyzer device report to FHIR ?
What have you done so far? What format is the report in now? What version of FHIR? Have you looked at DiagnosticReport? Also, it’d be a good idea to read this: https://confluence.hl7.org/display/FHIR/FHIR+Rules+for+Asking+Questions
