Claim response (Total/adjudication)

IN the claim response what is the difference between Adjudication and total resource? how can these 2 fields be used in the claim response?
I m not sure where to report the total requested amount, PAID amount and rejected amount on claim level.

You would report those in the .adjudication on each item or detail, then in the .total report the total benefit and any other totals you wish (total co-pay, etc.)
