ConceptMap: Segment PR1 to Procedure Map

PR1-5.5 doesn’t exist in HL7 . there is DateTime PR1-5 field , no further sub elements, i.e. there is no such thing PR1-5.5.
considering it was typo and PR1-5.5 is actually PR1-5 why we supposed to map PR1-5 to Procedure.performedDateTime when PR1-5 is not valued ? Does it make any sense ?
