I need to clasify the cromobidity diseases using FHIR templates.
Looking for recomendations or any example to share?

Can you explain further exactly what you’re trying to do? What do you mean by “FHIR template”? What resource are you trying to use?

I´m trying to determinate if I can use Conditon template to register comorbidities like obesity, cancer (active), hipertension, diabetes, etc.

Condition is a resource, not a template. Condition is used to capture all conditions. If you want to assert that one Condition is a comorbidity for another Condition you can use the condition-related extension.
