Device FHIR resource sample data for CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring)

Can anybody help me in getting sample FHIR resource ( Device resource) for Continuous glucose monitoring.

Are you concerned about representing the Device that’s doing the measurements, or the Observations that will hold the measurements?
