what is the best architect to use to describe folders of patient that contain many documents (health record) , i use the DocumentManifest resource to group a lot of DocumentReference of patient or could i use composition resource to group a lot of DocumentReference.
What is the purpose of the ‘folders’? How is it determined what folder a document should go in? What determines what folders should exist?
i need to archive a scanned prescriptions or medical report of patient ,then the data entry will link the scanned files with encounter ,so every patient has a folder of scanned prescriptions or medical report .

You have a choice of List or Composition. My leaning would be List as there isn’t a specific ordering to the folders or narrative associated with them.
