What should be correct resource to save DNR,DNH etc. information is FHIR.
Please share some examples if available.
DNR, DNH can be contained in a Consent Resource. If the Consent.scope is set to Treatment, then you can set the provision to be resuscitate (SNOMED code 365870005),etc via code (or however your system would represent it) and set the type to Deny.
