what is the best way to exchange data (implement health information exchange)
I choose to do it using the document way, but I saw other organizations implement data exchange using encounter resources, is it right to do to use encounter?
This section of HRex provides a nice decision tree highlighting the many mechanisms FHIR offers for data sharing and how best to choose between them. There are certainly places where document-based exchange is appropriate, but it’s rarely my first choice.
