End point in FHIR for looking up provider/payer/plan information?

I am just getting into FHIR and while I am overwhelmed to start with, I am wondering if anyone would know of a place to start such that I can conform to FHIR and have an api that exposes whether a plan/payer covers service from a provider (by their npi). Anyone know if an endpoint like this exists such that I can conform to the syntax for the request/response?//
