does the front end of Fhir exist in English- Arabic? especially the conditions part
if not, what do you suggest, I can do?
do you think the most suitable solution is to start translating section by section.

There isn’t an Arabic translation of the FHIR spec as yet, but you’re certainly free to work on one. Ping @grahamegrieve on chat.fhir.org for guidance on how to tie into the translation process being used for the other FHIR translations.
