I need to represent Long term care in retirement home, and I am using the EpisodeOfCare resource.
How can I describe the patient location, in terms of ward, room and bed ?
How can I link one (or more) Location resources to an EpisodeOfCare instance ?
Typically ward/room/bed are asserted for Encounter. EpisodeOfCare is something that spans encounters (and thus is not location-specific)
