Can we create extensions to parameters. In the encounter resource there is a class attribute, can we create a query parameter called class to filter resources based upon class?
They’re not realy extensions, but yes you can define new search paramters using the SearchParameter resource. You then declare support for these using the Conformance resource (renamed CapabilityStatement in STU 3)
