Can someone guide me with realtime examples of FHIR Auditevents for reference.
There are examples of AuditEvent in the FHIR specification. Can you explain what you’re looking for above and beyond that?

I have a similar question related to Audit Events in FHIR. I am using the HAPI FHIR server. So for instance if I have an ask like a patient “xyz” is searched in the system then a corresponding Audit Event resource will be created/updated. I have seen a sample audit even search event looks like this: Audit-event-example-search.json - FHIR v5.0.0
But my question is how does this audit event resource get created when someone performs the search operation. What do we need to setup/create to see this in action?
Also I’m new to this. So any guidance would be much appreciated!
