I am looking for information on how the FHIR Confidentiality Code and Act Information Sensitivity Policy work together. Can the Act Information Sensitivity Policy function as a subset of each confidentiality code?
When looking at the information on code system confidentiality (http://hl7.org/fhir/v3/Confidentiality/index.html) the page references _ConfidentialityByInfoType, but indicates it as being deprecated and replaced by ActCode (https://www.hl7.org/fhir/v3/ActCode/index.html), so I’m unclear as to how the ActCode is suppose to function with the confidentiality code.
I appreciate any guidance that can be provided.
