Fhir.epic.com token request error

Anyone know if there’s a typical reason for this (vague) error after getting auth code when you call /token endpoint on an Epic on FHIR app request? It’s not complaining about authentication so I’m guessing it’s some other parameter.

Understood. Thanks @lloyd for the guidance. I’ll avoid these posts in the future. Unfortunately, as you’ve probably observed, response time and responsiveness are often inadequate through that channel. They explicitly state that open.epic and fhir.epic.com are “self service” and support is not guaranteed. So I gave it a shot here hoping to find an advocate to get me over the hump on this. If you have any other suggestions, I’d be much obliged.

If you ask on chat.fhir.org and indicate that you’ve already tried the “official” support channel, then I can ping some of the Epic folks and draw attention to your issue.
