FHIR Messaging (eventing)

hello folks
We are planning to implement ‘FHIR Messaging’ for the ‘message’ exchange use case (updating the downstream about the changes occurring on the FHIR resources) aka eventing

Has anyone implememented/working on such use case and happy to share their learning?
Would be great to catchup, chitchat, share ideas, learnings, etc.

If any one can point to any public FHIR docs around FHIR Messaging API of any clinical product (vendor), would really be appreciated.

You might find it useful to reach out on the fihr-messages stream on Zulip. Most use of messaging is in closed environments and most EHRs primarily use REST, but the specific balance varies some by jurisdiction.
