I’m searching for FHIR resource which can help in maintaining physical general Multi-organ Examination of a patient during Encounter.
In this a Doctor can review multiple organs and put relevant details in a form.
Annual [systemic/multi-specialty] checkup reports also have similar needs. DiagnosticReport? Any suggestions? Thanks.
Typically this would be a collection of Observations that are members of an overall “panel” Observation, though using DiagnosticReport as the grouper would also work.
