I need help mapping Guarantor(GT1 segment) from an ORM_R01 message into FHIR resources. I’m using R4 ballot #2 and the closest concepts I can find are Patient.Contacts or Coverage.policyHolder. thanks
Look at Account - specifically Account.guarantor.
