I posted one SIU and one ADT messages at nearly the same time(less than 100 milliseconds), both messages contains the same patient which doesn’t exist in the database, after that, two patients were created and no more update can be done because of the duplicates. Has anyone encountered that before? Thanks in advance
This question seems to be related to HL7 v2. This stream is mainly visited by people familiar with or using the HL7 FHIR standard (which is very different). You might try here: https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/229447-V2. (While it’s got FHIR in the name, it’s now used more broadly.) Be aware that there isn’t yet much chatter on the stream, but there are a decent number of people signed up to it and who are presumably monitoring.
