Hello FHIR Community: Running in to a jam need help. We are creating FHIR resources from our data using Azure Liquid Templates. The process works well. However each Resources is being created independently and I am not able to link it to the Patient ID to GET later. I know I have to take ID created in my Patient Resource and pass in to other resources but under what value so the link in the FHIR server can be created. Any help will be appreciated…
