How to define the role and the relationship for a contact in the Patient resource?

The contact for a patient has a relationship of 'Daughter" and is also the 'Emergency Contact".
What is the best way to define this in the patient resource as I can define the relationship for a contact as either ‘Daughter’ or ‘Emergency Contact’?

There’s a proposal to split ‘relationship’ and ‘role’ in R5. In R4, you’ll just list both relationships. (Patient.contact.relationship repeats, so you can list more than one.)
