I’m creating two Dosage resources that have some pretty complicated site administration instructions, and I’m unsure how to do it. The drug is magnesium sulfate, and when it is given intramuscularly, the loading dose needs to be injected into each buttock once, whereas the maintenance dose needs to be injected into alternating buttocks every 4 hours. How should this detail be captured? Thank you.
