How to get list Patient through Organization?

Hi everyone,

What’s the way correct to get list Patients belong to a Organization using Organization ID?

Few thoughts:

Multiple general practitioners can be recorded as Patient.generalPractitioner.

A team of practitioners in the same plan can be modeled as CareTeam linked to CarePlan linked to the Patient.

If Patient is in different plans then it is often treated as a different instance (FHIR Person remains the same).
