How to identify the insurance plan in which the patient is covered?

Can anyone please help me understand how the insurance plan details of the patient can be identified in FHIR ?

I found that the Claim.insurance.coverage can provide insurance plan details of the claim. Is this the right one to use ?

Coverage indicates the basic information about what coverage a patient has. In R5, we’re adding Coverage.insurancePlan which points to a resource that defines in a patient-independent way full details of what’s covered.
