How to test your FHIR Server instance?

Building a FHIR Server, there are a number of interactions where your not really sure how to respond.
Are there a standard set of conformance statements/rules to follow which your server should follow?

I have found only 2 servers that allow for FHIR Server Conformance testing:

https://projectcrucible.org/ - It works, but there are many tests that are incorrect
https://touchstone.aegis.net - It works for the basic set, but then you need $$$ to run any other test sets.

Does anyone know of any others that work?

That’s the general list. There are specific test slings/servers for specific projects. Also, you can try one of the reference servers to see how they work
