List of Production FHIR Endpoint API URLs

Hello,

I work for a company that is developing an application that needs to utilize live ‘production’ FHIR endpoints that are published or utilized by such companies as Cerner, Meditech, Medhost, Allscripts, CPSI, etc.

Aside from EPIC and Cerner (whose FHIR Endpoint list is old) there is no published FHIR production endpoint information available. Does anyone have a list of production FHIR endpoints along with their associative medical entity that is serviced by them

Any list or url would help.
