Which would be the best way to attach ou refer to the leaflet of a medication? We have 2 versions of the leaflet (one for patients and other for practitioner) that we want to link from the medication.

The discrete data in the leaflet would typically be MedicationKnowledge. However, the leaflets themselves would generally be DocumentReference. You’d need to point to them as an extension, but you might consider proposing them as standard extensions.
