Need advise for my PhD study

Dear Colleagues,
I’m a new PhD student and would like to work on the project in the area of FHIR. I would be so thankful, if anyone in this forum can advice me. My force will be on the project to map V2 to FHIR standard. Can any advise me? I would be so thankful, if any one is working in this area and asset me. Furthermore, I would be so thankful, If could please share his/her email/Skype id with me.
