Why is the category cardinality set as 0…*?
Can an observation be defined to be under two different categories? Is there an industry defined category list or this is based on how each company may want to process the information.
Additionally if you could provide examples on uses where there could be multiple interpretations a type of category that would be helpful for me to design this properly.
An instance of an observation can belong to several categories. Category can be used to group observations in ways relevant to the local system. I would expect that some hospitals might want to classify a body weight both as a vital sign and as a birth measurement. Others would not be interested.
