Can we differentiate the organizer from other participants in Appointment and AppointmentResponse resources?

I had a look at this value set but I couldn’t find what I was looking for.
I am looking for a way to identify the organizer, the person who sent the appointment request, in order to send him back notifications when the requested participants accept the appointment.
The value set you are indicating is more about the role of the participant during the appointment : performer, translater, admitter…
The organizer will be the Appointment.participant whose type = ‘the organizer’, they can be described by actor
