Patient bleedings and injections reports examples

Hi all
We want to expose some Patient related data like injections (with specific medication) and reported bleeds, does anyone know if we already have such information that can be provided with FHiR format or maybe anyone of you already did it with extentions?

Injections would be MedicationAdministration. Bleeds might be represented using Observation or Condition, depending on how you want to track and manage the information.
