We’re working on our model for practitioners, etc using PDEX. We have a use case that requires us to rank (or indicate as “primary”) the specialties within a practitioner role. Any suggestions for how we might fulfill this use case?
You could put an extension on the ones you consider to be primary. You should raise the requirement with the PDex IG so the team can consider whether it’s something that should be incorporated into the IG. (Without it being in the IG, you couldn’t count on other systems populating it or understanding it.)
