why is there no link to CareTeam for the Procedure resource, but only a link to each of the medical professionals involved in the procedure.
if the hospital has teams that constantly perform certain procedures, it would be more convenient to use the CareTeam resource to record the procedure performers.
CareTeam is supported as an actor in Procedures in the draft of R5. You could pre-adopt that as an extension in R4.
