Procedure and Supply delivery & Device Definition

Hello,

When we ask for a field service agent to install a device, usually he doesn’t know exactly which physical instance of a device he will install when the procedure is planned. It’s on site that he chooses the device.
Same logic is applicable for supplyDelivery

As a result is it planned to add devicedefinition reference in procedure and supplyDelivery?
How can we manage that with an extention as in procedure.focalDevice the device is mandatory?

First step is to submit a change request to ensure the resources allow using DeviceDefinition where needed. Once that’s used, it’ll give you access to a standard extension you can use in R4. If you need to, you can invent your own extension for use in the meantime.
