Relevant FHIR resource for Patient History

I’m new to FHIR and wanted to maintain Patient’s history (Chief complaint, History of present illness, review of systems and past, family & social history for calculating EM level ).

Can you please suggest relevant FHIR resource for EM level?

What is EM Level?

Many calculated values use Observation.
