Response Time & Availability requirements

Could someone point me to any response time requirements and/or availability requirements (perhaps merely guidelines?) for the CMS Interoperability rule? I realize this may be embedded within an IG somewhere but I’m unable to locate. Thanks for any advise on this topic.

There is no specific time requirements in the CMS rule. There may be something in the CMS rule (I do not remember any specific SLAs) and since the requirement is that the Patient Access API conform to the CMS rule, it would apply.
