I’m not sure you’ll find much FHIR support for pharmacy integration in the U.S. For inpatient, pharmacy integration is pretty much exclusively handled by HL7 v2 and for community pharmacy, where automation exists, it’s handled by NCPDP. FHIR is pretty much limited to sharing records with patients, between EHRs or (for purposes other than claims submission or some types of prior authorization) payers.
