Why the Specimen does not have the context of the encounter, because it is taken during the interaction with the patient

I mean an example where the Specimen that is registered is a Specimen of biomaterial that was taken from a patient and it is performed within the framework of some Encaunter. and therefore there must be a parameter that provides a link to such an Encaunter

I guess that it has been left out because the people working on it did not think of that use case. It might not be of much interest to pathology labs. In R4 you will need to use an extension.

What is your use case for a specimen recording the encounter in which it was collected?
