Wondering how best to capture a status of
timed_out - e.g. patient tried to book but didn’t pay in time etc re the Appointment Resource
Potentially: ‘entered in error’ or map it to ‘cancelled’
‘entered-in-error’ isn’t entirely accurate, and ‘cancelled’ is accurate but will likely mean we’re mixing timed out appointments in with genuine cancellations …
Perhaps we need to add our own code?
