Operation $translate on ConceptMap has a In Parameter named dependency.element whith is a uri type. Should I use the value of ConceptMap.group.element.target.dependsOn.property as the value of the dependency.element parameter when I need to translate?
If so, what is the difference between dependency.element and dependency.concept.coding.system
