What would be the best resource (s) and attributes for the following data?

  1. Copay amount
  2. Deductible amount
  3. Co-insurance
  4. Employee share
  5. Employer share
  6. Total paid to provider

I can think of PaymentReconciliation to ClaimResponse to Claim. Will it be the direction?
