What is the best resource for employment history?

What would be the best FHIR resource for a patient’s employment history data?

I have seen that in the history of changes that in Release R4 Ballot # 1 the OccupationalData resource was added (https://hl7.org/fhir/2018May/occupationaldata.html). I think this resource is the best for my purpose. But now in FHIR R4 I can not find this resource and I have not seen anywhere that was eliminated.

What happened to the OccupationalData resource? What other alternative resources can be used?
