I am looking at the Valueset-research-study-status - FHIR v4.0.1 valueset defining the status possible for a ResearchStudy. It is unclear what status to use while a ResearchStudy is being configured prior to its submission to the Review Board? It seems like there ought to be a “draft” status.
What is the recommended practice? Considering using temporarily-closed-to-accrual-and-intervention.
